Formed in 1994, Europa Medica is an association of European mutual (insurance) companies whose members provide a wide range of business and financial services to doctors, dentists, other healthcare professionals and hospitals. Together, these companies act on behalf of 400 thousand medical professionals throughout Europe as well as representing 2000 Hospitals with a particular emphasis on providing medical liability insurance and personal income protection.
